Returns Policy
Returns and refunds are not currently available due to the customization of our products. Cancellations must be done by email within 24hours of the order and prior to local delivery times. Orders thereafter will be processed. Exchanges are available upon the return of the arrangement order in the condition it was shipped and at the expense of the customer. Shipping
We can ship to the United States. Local delivery and pickups are available for certain items.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are size and weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Shipping Delays In the midst of winter, quite often there are severe storms which can cause delays to shipment. We will not be liable for loss, damage, delay, shortage, misdelivery, nondelivery, misinformation, or failure to provide information in connection with your shipment caused by events we cannot control, including but not limited to acts of God, perils of the air, weather conditions, mechanical delays, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotions, or acts or omissions of public authorities (including customs and health officials) with actual or apparent authority.
